Embed Expander Button in Content

We are trying to achieve an Outlook-like feel where the expander button appears embedded in the content of the expander. Unfortunately all attempts thus far haven't quite gotten us there.
Overall we'd like to put the header content of the control within in the RadExpander in the header of the expander and have the button shown as well.
Is it possible to do so or something similar that would produce the same results, where the expander button is part of the content when it is expanded?

In order to implement the described scenario you have to make a custom style for the RadExpander control in Blend.
