My project requires really dynamic content in radWindow. I'm not sure if this is a telerik problem but I wanna ask help from you guys. Will I be able to add grids and other controls in the radWindow through c sharp code?

Yes, you could add a dynamic content to the RadWindow control using the code-behind. You could get the content of the RadWindow control with the RadWindow.Content property.
