Dragging column with IsGroupable=false to a GroupPanel shows no stop sign

If I drag a column with IsGroupable property set to false to an empty group panel area it shows no stop sign. If I move mouse pointer further and get out of the group panel area then it starts to show indicator.

This takes place in Metro theme.
