Dear Telerik Team,

I try to evaluate to possibility to change in my application usage from RadScheduler to RadSchedulerView (not so easy transition),
i have one (several indeed, but several forum thread is better for everyone) :

 - When i drad drop an appointment, to resize it or to catch it into another component, the usercontrol (not sure about is name) containing the Arrow or deny sign and the occurrence Subject, is graphically strange. If i select the appointment at the maximum on the top-left, i can see that the tooltip is working, bug the content position is incorrect.

Please have a look on the enclosed screen-shot.

I tried to simplify my application as best as possible, i removed the DragDrop custom behaviors, the appointment templates and styles, removed the groups and so on... same result.

Thanks for you help.

Hi, i found an important detail about this issue, the bug appear - within the same application - only when running Out of browser.
So, the impact is less important, but please assign this issue.

I'm playing with the 2012.1.125 trial, i will try the same under the new 326 to see if this is better.

[Edit] After testing with the 326 version, this is better. Still buggy but a little but a little bit better.
We can still see the white background.

Hi Jean: the same problem is discussed here http://www.telerik.com/community/forums/silverlight/scheduleview/drag-cue-problem-using-latest-version.aspx

And yea, it's still a problem in the latest release, where it's marked as fixed in the release notes :(

Hi,

The problem comes from the fact that the Visual Cue in OOB is rendered in completely different way than in Silverlight. We are using a Window for showing Visual Cue but in OOB this Window can not be set as transparent and hence the white border behind around the payload. There should be a way to fix this by modifying the Drag Cue style however the issue seems to be more complex than we thought. We will need some more time to investigate how we can fix this bad behavior or provide a workaround with a Drag Cue style or else.

We will investigate the issue further next week and I will follow up this thread and the one below with our findings.

Greetings,
