Drag-Drop functionality between Listbox & Chart

Hi,
Dragdrop between List, grid, tree working smoothly & also between chart to chart works fine but,
Is it possible to implement drag-drop functionality between ListBox & radChart?
i.e drag element of listbox & drop it on chart & vice-versa.
