Does Telerik test studio support flash component

hi,

i want to use telerik test studio to capture the flash component, but i found it cannot capture any flash component.
so does test studio support flash? or do you have any work around method to use test studio to test flash component

Hello Song,

I am sorry but Test Studio does not support Flash/Flex. The closest we can come to is "blind" mouse clicks i.e. telling Test Studio to click on some coordinates relative to some other HTML element as explained in this article.

Do you have any plan to support Flash? I think embedded flash is becoming more and more popular, so flash support will make test studio more powerful. We are looking forward to it.

Hi Song,

No, we do not have plans to support Flash/Flex in future as well. Unfortunately Adobe recently changed their strategy and the support for Flash/Flex dropped from our roadmap accordingly. You can check our public roadmap here.
