Hello Ray,
Fiddler and Fiddler Everywhere are not providing the feature you have described. However, the team is currently working on a chrome extension that will provide you with such functionalities. The project is called FiddlerJam - find out more about ith here: https://www.facebook.com/progresssw/videos/317257552741336/

Hi Ray,
In order to capture traffic from your mobile apps, you can use the Desktop version of Fiddler Everywhere as shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hTvvUzj_UQ
The same approach can be used for other sources from which you want to capture traffic - you can point them through their own proxy settings to the location where Fiddler Everywhere is running.
Regarding capturing the traffic from mobile devices directly in WebBrowser - this is not something we are currently looking at, but if it is possible, we'll definitely consider it in the future. For the moment I would recommend you to try Fiddler Everywhere and see if it covers your requirements.
Hope this helps.
