Disable "Live Traffic" in Fiddler Everywhere on startup

Is there a way to disable Live Traffic being enabled in Fiddler Everywhere on startup? I went through the settings and I am not seeing any option.

Hello Jason,

 

You can disable the automatic system proxy setup on startup through the Settings > Connections > Act as system proxy on startup option.

Unchecking the option will cause Fiddler not to be automatically set as a system proxy on each application startup.
