Hi Telerik Support team
Guys, I'm having trouble disabling the highlight on mouse over RadPanelBarItem, I did run across a project on on of the posts, but couldn't fire it.
please give me detailed steps as of how I could disable this highlight.

That solved one of my problems, Thanks alot. I thought solving this would solve my Tab issue, I cant Tab on my controls within the panel bar? I thought maybe it was an issue with the panel bar. but the one on your firstlook Tabs just fine? how do I solve this one. and yes I am using the latest build.

Hi Nathi Mfeka,
The problem here is that the RadPanelBat is a hierarchical items control and its conceptual tab behavior is different from the content controls. That's why you receive only once the tab in the content.
We are working towards fixing this, we are not sure when the fix will appear. We will do our best to implement them for the Q1 time frame.

Hallo There,
Does this issue already been fixed? I use Q1 2010 from June 2 2010 and i realy don't like this hovereffect.

Unfortunately this is still not implemented. We pushed the refactoring of the control for the Q3 timeframe.
