Can we customize the "Unsupported File Format" message in RadRichTextBox. we have many of our users who use *.doc format, and they are trying to open file in editor.. but they get message "unsupported file format". Upon support call we have to tell them to change the format to *.docx . I am trying to see if I can customize the message so that user knows it needs to be in *.docx format.

You can localize/change most of the messages and UI in RadRichTextBox as described in this help article. The key which localized value must be supplied in your case is Documents_OpenDocumentCommand_UnsupportedFileFormat.
