I have created jQuery plugin that wraps telerik window and I was hoping to create the same thing for telerik tabstrip which automatically renders a dynamic tab.Is there any way to create telerik tab strip like telerik window from client side passing in its settings?

Take a look at what John Devight has done to extend Telerik's MVC Tabstrip so that you can now dynamically add and remove tabs.
