Which controls should I start playing with first to create a dashboard similar to the one found here:
http://nettuts.s3.amazonaws.com/127_iNETTUTS/demo/index.html

The key aspects that are most important:
-Dragging and moving windows around
-Size dynamically expands based on content within the windows
-Different sized windows (see picture here: http://imgur.com/86MaY)

In the picture I've linked to.. notice how the "Weather" "DateTime" and "Youtube" windows are all different sizes.  I would like to have this in my app.

I started using the RadTileView, and it seems to do dragging and moving windows around. But I wasn't sure if there was a better control I should be using because I wasn't sure how to make the tileviewcontrols expand based on the content within.

Hello alexwinters,

You can check our RadDock control. Here are the online demos.

With the windows contained within the dock, can you keep them from overlapping?  Does it function similar to the way you can rearrange windows with the tile view?  How can I get this kind of functionality with telerik controls?

Hi alexwinters,

Currently RadTileView is not supporting different sizes in any case. We are working on entirely new, more sophisticated  version, that will be available with Q1 (middle of March), that will support different sizes, but not exactly in the way  showed on the example. Most probably for Q2 we will support fully featured TileView the way you need it (and much more). You may also vote for this feature in order to rise it's priority.
Hope you'll like the new TileView coming soon.

Kind regards,
