Hi,
I am looking for the complete source code of the Telerik UI for Windows Universal Examples app in windows store.
Is there any portal to download that code as I want to play around with the code and see if I can readily utilize it.

The answer for this question is the same as you got in your other identical question for UI for Windows Phone. Note that this is also true for Telerik UI for UWP (Universal Windows Platform).
Alternatively, if you use the Telerik Control Panel to install UI for Windows Universal, you can check the "Local Demos" checkbox (see my attached screenshot.
Once installed, you will find the examples within the installation directory on your machine (C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\UI for Windows Universal [version of product])
