I am working with a RadDocking control and trying to open a popup from an unpinned radpane. Unfortunately, my popup is opening "below" the expanded (but unpinned) radpane despite my best efforts to set Z-Index values... I found this post which mentions setting a value greater than 1000 but it does not seem to work... I have spent some time looking through the Z-Index values of pretty much everything in the visual tree and it seems to show "0" for almost everything...

Hello Rob,
The post you are refering to is rather old and is not relevant anymore. We fixed a similar bug recently so could you please update the controls you are using to the latest version of the controls. I think that your scenario will work out of the box.
