Hello,
I am attempting to capture traffic to troubleshoot an ongoing issue, however I cannot get FiddlerCap to work with the Edge browser. When I start a capture I get the message "Can't connect to proxy server." This only happens while Fiddler is running. If I stop the capture, I have no issues getting to the internet. I'll attach some files to show my settings. Thank you so much for your guidance!

Also, let me know if there is any other information I can provide to help troubleshoot this.

The Edge browser is running in an AppContainer Isolation. Please, use the AppContainer Loopback Exemption Utility of Fiddler to allow the Edge browser to contact your localhost address.

Hi Simeon,
Thank you for responding! Will this same procedure work for 10? That is the OS that I'm using Fiddler with. Also, I have a free version of FiddlerCap. I don't see the same options listed in the URL above. I'll attach an image of what I can see. Is there another way to accomplish a loopback exemption?
Will this same procedure work for 10? Yes, it works for Windows 10, as well.
If for some reason you do not want to install the Fiddler app, which comes with the AppContainer Loopback Exemption Utility, you can install only the utility from here.

Hi Simeon,
I have to apologize. I was using FiddlerCap instead of Fiddler 4. I've corrected that, made an exemption for MS Edge, and was able to get the capture I was trying to get. I appreciate all of your help!
