Totally confused.  I can't find anything on the start menu for Testing Framework, don't see anything in Visual Studio 2010.  It says its installed.  Don't understand the Turn Features On/Off.  I check it and am not sure if they are on or off.  I assume those are the only states and can't see anything after each of 2 checks.
When I go to Support to submit a test ticket, it says my 30days must be up (I just downloaded it today).  Support also doesn't know about me, but I am registered as LKingsbury@NetRate.com and my user number is DG801576.
Any idea what I should do from here?

Hi Larry,

Sorry to hear that you are running into issues. Normally, Testing Framework will be displayed under the Start Menu as “Telerik”. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like. If Testing Framework is successfully installed, you should be able to add ArtOfTest.WebAii.dll as a project reference. If ArtOfTest.WebAii isn’t available as a project reference, you should re install Testing Framework.

Testing Framework doesn't include record and play functionality so you won’t see a Telerik menu in the menu bar, or “Telerik Test Studio Project” as an option when creating new projects, but you can download and try our Visual Studio Plug-in for those additional Testing features.

Our Visual Studio Plug-in trial also comes with 30 days of complimentary support. Usually, if support is enabled on your account, you can submit support tickets. But you need to have a supported product to have that ability. Testing framework doesn’t come with support but you can post on the forum as often as you like. We monitor the forums constantly.

If you have questions about how to set up projects in Testing Framework, you can refer to our Getting Started Guide.
