My company is ordering licenses for our developers. Do we need a license for our Build machine as well?
We already have some licenses, but not one for our build machine. Our build is failing, I believe it is due to the Telerik controls, but I am not certain. Could unlicensed controls cause our build to fail? Do we need a license for our build environment, also?

Assuming you are referring to our .NET controls, please note that the licensing is developer based. This means that each developer working on the UI (using our controls in design time in Visual studio or other development tool) needs a developer seat/license. The products do NOT work with license keys and you can safely install them on any machine without worrying about license key errors. In this way the other team members such as designers, QAs, etc can also work on the solution. In other words, we do not impose any limitations on the number of projects, machines or servers the software is used on, as long as they are used by the same licensed developers.
