I found a bug in the AppBuilder simulator's rendering of my HTML/CSS. I have created a BitBucket repo with HTML and CSS that demonstrates this bug. This repo is a snapshot of my app page after HTML has been built dynamically. JavaScript has been left out as not being relevant to the problem.

The repo includes two screen shots that show the buggy rendering in the AppBuilder simulator and the proper rendering in the AppBuilder Companion app running in my iPad. I am running the Telerik Professional 2013 Platform on a Windows 8.1 machine.

This DOM fragment displays correctly in IE11 and Chrome31. It also displays correctly in iPad iOS7 after loading from the AppBuilder companion app builder. The simulator has a bug that you can see by comparing the displays in the two screen shots. The table with yearly dollar values is not rendered correctly. Note that this table's CSS is a combination of css tables and css flexbox.

The public repo is at https://martinapps@bitbucket.org/martinapps/bugtest.git
