Browsing to the api https://api.binance.com/api/v1/time returns the appropiate JSON data while using fiddlers composer with standard settings (also tried no proxy) returns 502.
HTTP/1.1 502 Fiddler - Connection Failed
Is there a obvious problem with https that I am missing? Thanks in advance

Hi,
I did an HTTP GET request to https://api.binance.com/api/v1/time with the Composer, the same way as you, and I got a 200 OK response with the server time as json. I believe that there is a network error in your case.
