Binding to the Maximum and Minimum properties on PolarAxis

Binding to these properties is not possible at the moment because they are not dependency properties. In the thread I link to below you mention that you have changed this for one of the other axis types. Is there a reason why this was not implemented for PolarAxis also? I can work around this using a behaviour temporarily, but it would be much better to be able to bind directly.
