I think that you only need to set the AutoRange, Min, Max and Step properties of the axis and you will get the desired output.
I will suggest that you do not use the old RadChart but use the new ChartView
. It has a much greater performance and smooth zooming, it is generally very easy to set up and is very flexible. With the RadCartesianChart, when you zoom in horizontally - the range of the vertical axis is not updated and you get the desired behavior out-of-the-box. We strongly suggest you migrate to the new charting control.
