I'm a registered owner/user of Telerik products, yet every time I access the Telerik documentation, the screen has a chunk of space taken up asking if I want a free trial.  I don't need a free trial since I already have the product.

It doesn't matter if you're logged into your account or not.  These ads are downright annoying.

Hi Taras,

Thank you for your honest feedback. I am truly sorry that the trial ads annoy you and I agree that it would make more sense to display them only when needed.

These banners are a new initiative, which we currently test for effectiveness. Once we gather enough data, we will decide how to proceed with them. On a side note, we are also discussing ideas for future UI/UX personalization on our websites, so I appreciate your point of view.

Hi Dimo,
I received two emails dated May 18, 2021 timestamped as 04:28 and 04:30 at are purportedly responses to this question. Sender email is admin-noreply@telerik.com. One has non-sense text in it and the other two words of non-sense text from first email. The responses do not show up in this thread.

Does that mean that the forum has been hacked? Where should I forward the emails to for Telerik to investigate?

Hi Taras,

That is a strange behavior indeed, so thank you for reporting it and excuse us for the hassle.

I have sent you an email from an address that you can use to forward the unexpected notifications to.

We have not been hacked and the issue may be related to our new forums. I have asked my colleagues from the web team to check what may have happened.

P.S. Our investigation is complete. There was a spam message posted in this thread. It was edited a few minutes later and removed by us shortly afterwards. This triggered the two notifications and since the spam text did not make any sense, neither did the emails.
