I see the Plugins folder in my project, but it acts like any other folder and doesn't let you add anything. How am I supposed to add a plugin? I'm particularly interested in EmailComposer, so it'd be nice to have an example of that (assuming the functionality exists).

Hello Matthew,

I assume you would like to add custom Apache Cordova plugins to your project. You can learn how to do that from the Icenium documentation. You can check the requirements and import process in particular.

The versions of EmailComposer and EmailComposer with Attachments available in the official PhoneGap plugins repo are currently not Plugman-compatible and not upgraded to Cordova 2.7 or 3.0. To use any of them, you would need to upgrade them and make them Plugman-compatible.

As an alternative, you can try using katzer's EmailComposer which is updated to Cordova 3.0 and has a valid plugin.xml. However, we haven't tested and verified it,
