Add Using on Template

Could you implement some way in which could append USINGS to the top of the code file?

Let me give an example...

This is my template

Debug.WriteLine(<CURSOR>);

But System.Diagnostics isn't a common using so the template always goes in with me needing to re-fix Debug with the JC menu.  Would be SUPER handy if I could define the usings that go along with the template so they'll get appended if they don't already exist
