Is there way to customize the tab header of radpane in rad pane group under docking.documenthost? (Like internet explorer 8, there are thumbnail and dropdown menu in front of the all other tabs)
I tried to set the headers template for first two tab of thumbnail and dropdown menu, but i can not set the rest of the tab's header template in the items template in the rad pane group.
Is there any way to achieve this scenario?

Thank you for your question.
To achieve that you will have to use a custom theme for the Docking control.
Attached I am sending you a sample project in which a custom theme is applied. For base it is used the default one Office_Black. Please mind for the "NOTE:" comments which indicate the place where you have to make changes.
