Join us for a day of building for good! We're pairing up non-profit and charity groups with talented developers and designers to solve real world problems.
Making Progress is a 12-hour Progress-hosted charity hackathon inspired by the Make a Mark model, bringing together talented people in tech to create meaningful solutions for local nonprofit, humanitarian, and charity organizations. It will be hosted at the Progress Sharefile office in Raleigh, NC (621 Hillsborough, Suite 700/800).
Unlike a traditional hackathon, this event prioritizes impact over competition; each group of makers will be paired with a charity or nonprofit and tasked with creating something that will help support their mission. These solutions could look like websites or simple applications, branding and design systems, internal tools, automations, or similar – depending on what's most needed and helpful.
At the end of the day, we'll all come together to share the work we've completed, enjoy a meal, and celebrate as a community.
