as reflexil and de4dot is open source code which should be easy enough for any professional team to add to their product, if your team won't be able to do so in a timely manner, how can you convince us your team is competent in your product?

Hi Hans,
You're correct and I'm sorry for the caused inconvenience. We'll try to update the two plugins as soon as possible but it could take some time. Meanwhile if you are interested in contributing to JustDecompile's plugins, we can share the plugins' source code with you and then we can update them accordingly in the Plugins Manager with the changes.
