Hello Kirill,

As we mentioned previously, you cannot reset the restricted access from your end because our fair usage policy has detected an abnormal usage of Fiddler Everywhere with the same credentials across multiple unique hosts.

For your convenience, I am reposting the original answer, which was as follows:

Using Fiddler Everywhere on multiple devices simultaneously with a single account is possible. However, to ensure fair usage, we have recently introduced machine abuse prevention measures starting from October 2023. This feature applies the rules stated in our EULA and limits the usage of Fiddler Everywhere when the same account is being used on multiple devices. In your case, the blocking occurred automatically as the mechanism detected various hosts with the same account, and removing blocked devices cannot be done from your side.

The above said, could you please provide more details about your situation? We would like to know:

- How many unique devices do you plan to use Fiddler Everywhere on?

- What is your intended use case?

I am anticipating your response.

Regards,
Nick Iliev
