The first thing to do is to ensure that you have configured your NET application to go through the Fiddler proxy - refer to the linked documentation article on how to achieve that: https://docs.telerik.com/fiddler/configure-fiddler/tasks/configuredotnetapp 

The above said, the described error usually means that your server is returning status code 405, which could be expected (check if your app is executing the request through HTTP or HTTPS, if the endpoint is the proper one if it works when Fiddler is not set as a proxy, etc.).
