Hi All,
We have recently faced an issue when trying to automate the following scenario on page with IFrame:
1. Initially we are on page in edit mode ( in IFrame some editable content is shown)
2. Click on link on which sets preview mode on page (in IFrame the preview of content is shown)
3. After doing some validation on page we switch back to edit mode by clicking on appropriate link
And receive the following JavaScript error in browser: Exception in ProcessCommand: TypeError: can't access dead object.
We use next hardware:
OS: Win 7 x32/64
Browser: Firefox 16.0.2
TTF: 2012.2.1002
Thanks in advance!

Hi Volodymyr,
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue.
Looking the error you are probably facing a known Firefox issue related to the Drag&Drop extension. Could you please check if you have this extension installed and if yes try to disable it? Here's a link to the public mozilla forum where this issue is described with Firefox 15.
Regards,
Plamen

Hi Volodymyr,
There might be another conflicting extension. Please try disabling all non-Telerik extensions and try again. If it succeeds, re-enable those extensions one at a time until you identify the culprit.
All the best,

Hi Plamen,
I have disabled all extensions except Telerik Framework one and restarted browser couple of time, and I still receive the same error.
So i think the only thing left that can cause it - is the Telerik Framework extension itself.
Thanks for your patience,
Volodymyr

Hi Volodymyr,
I am sorry to hear you are still experiencing this problem. However if the problem is in our Firefox extension we need to reproduce it locally in order to fix it. If your app is publicly accessible then please attach a copy of a test that demonstrates the issue so I can troubleshoot it directly. If it is not, please record a fiddler trace using FiddlerCap and provide it to me so I can run the test against it. Basically with that trace I'll try to "simulate" your app in order to reproduce the problem. If you deem that information too sensitive for this forum, you can create a support ticket and attach it there.

Hi Plamen,
I have created log as you described but due to security policy i can't post this log on forum. I can either sent it over by email or create a support ticket as you suggested. Which is more preferable for you?
Best regards,
Volodymyr
