Hello,
I was just wondering if there is any way to change a story from Done or Remove, back to confirmed, approved, or new? Because when you accidentally mark a story as REMOVE, as soon as you create the story it stays as REMOVE and you can't change it back and you have to go back to VIEW STORIES, Delete the story and create a new story just to change the status of the story.
If not i dont understand why you would not be able to change the status of a story to any status, any time. If you could please fix this asap because it is very frustarting while entering data.

Thanks

Hello Matthew Christian,

Thanks for the feedback! TeamPulse follows the workflow rules that are in the template you select when creating a project. These templates are taken from TFS (with the exception of the TeamPulse template). The Scrum template does not define any valid transitions out of the Removed or Done statuses.

Unfortunately, our auto-save functionality makes it fairly easy to transition into a status by mistake. Adding some sort of 'undo' for this operation may be something we look at in future releases.

At the moment we aren’t supporting modifying these templates or creating new ones. So, there is no way to add status transitions from Removed or Done to the other statuses for the Scrum Template at this time. However, you can be sure that we are working on making this available to you in an upcoming release.

For now, I can suggest perhaps using a different template? For more information on the templates take a look at the Project Templates in TeamPulse blog post.

Kind regards,
Ryan
