I want to limit it to only capture and modify traffic from apps with a specific name or containing a particular string in the window title. Currently, it interferes with Chrome, preventing things like ChatGPT from functioning properly when it's running

Hello Dawson,
It is unlikely that filtering the traffic by process name will resolve the issue you are experiencing with ChatGPT, as it requires HTTP/2 which is not yet supported in Fiddler Classic. For more information, please refer to this forum thread. Instead, you may want to consider using Fiddler Everywhere, which has the capability to capture HTTP/2 traffic.
The above said, there is an "Any Processes" button on the Fiddler toolbar that can be used to filter traffic by a specific process. To use it, drag the icon to a window to show traffic from that process only.
I tried the filters it seems it still messes with other things but I may be misunderstanding that function, with everywhere can I import my classic auto responses?

Yes, It is possible to export the AutoResponder rules from Fiddler Classic as a *.farx file, and then import them into Fiddler Everywhere by clicking the downwards arrow in the toolbar located in the Rules tab.
