Yes, supporting decompiling to additional languages is a high priority for post-Beta builds. Adding support for VB is the top priority, and will probably be the only additional language we focus on for the official v1 release (with early preview support for VB showing-up in several weeks). The architecture of JustDecompile makes adding additional languages a relatively straightforward process, but at this point we're trying to prioritize the right features for v1. VB will definitely be there.
After v1 with Q2 2011, we will probably next focus on adding support for MSIL. You can see some more "unofficial road map" comments on this thread:

Hope that helps.

Thank you again for your feedback and support. Hopefully you will continue with it.
We have just released a new JustDecompile version which introduces VB.NET decompile option. Please give it a try: http://www.telerik.com/community/license-agreement.aspx?pId=845

Actually we didn't have support for creating VS project from decompiled VB.NET code. It works only with C# decompiled assemblies. It's in our plans but it's still to be implemented. You can vote for the idea on our UserVoice website: http://justdecompile.uservoice.com/forums/113277-justdecompile-feature-suggestions/suggestions/2632513-enable-create-project-fo-visual-basic-also
