Fidler everywhere wont load past the splash screen

I have a user rinoing Windows 11 23h2 Fiddler everywherehas not been able to load past the splash screen.  I've tried cleanring the cashe, reinstall etc and  after several re-installs the Fiddler everywhere v5.18 wont load at all now.  Here are the details from the electron.log:

I'm not sure what the unhandled exception is referring to and you guidance would be greatly appreciated

Hello Ross,

 

We are currently investigating the issue, but so far, our reproduction attempts are failing, so we will need more details. If possible could you please open a private ticket through the Telerik Support Center (if needed, you can ask the licensed user to open the ticket through his license) and post the following:

- The full application log files generated from Fiddler Everywhere (after unsuccessful application startup).

- The email address of the licensed user that hits the issue.

Additionally, let us know if the issue appears only on a specific device (if possible, please ask the licensed user to try using Fiddler Everywhere from another Windows device) and, if possible, provide details if specific security tools and policies are used on that machine (like limitations imposed from administrative policies, used zero-trust tools, antivirus, etc.).
