and request back to sign in

Probably you do not have access to *.getfiddler.com endpoints. Can you try opening https://getfiddler.com/connectivity-check-fe and ensure you see the text: "You have access to the required Fiddler Everywhere API endpoints." there. If that works correctly on your side, we'll need your application logs to investigate what might cause the issue. To get the logs, open Fiddler Everywhere, then click View -> Open Application Logs Folder. This will open the directory with the logs. We'll need all of the files, but it is a good idea to send them in a private ticket, not in a public forum.
