Hello Jérôme,
If possible, please send us the FIddler Everywhere application logs files (accessible through Help > Open Application Logs Folder or manually) so that we can further investigate what causes the issue. Additionally, let us know if you have a set of steps that reproduce the issue.
Meanwhile, to temporarily resolve the issue try restarting Fiddler Everywhere application entirely. If the loading spinner does not disappear upon application restart, you could manually reset the application settings folder by explicitly deleting it. You can try the following:
- Logout of the Fiddler Everywhere application, and then log in again with your Telerik account.
- Remove the Fiddler Everywhere application folder and then restart the application. On macOS, the folder is located in the following path:
- Remove the .fiddler folder. On macOS, the folder is located in the following path:
~/.fiddler/
Important: Removing the .fiddler folder will also remove the folder containing your locally saved sessions. Consider archiving the Snapshots folder (located in ~/.fiddler/<unique-fiddler-user-GUID>/Snapshots) if you want to preserve those sessions.
