There's no screenshot here, nor is there a SAZ file that would unambiguously show what traffic you're referring to, but the simplest way to ignore traffic you don't care about is to use Filters. For instance, on the Filters tab in Fiddler, tick the Hide if URL Contains box and type /ui-event-handler in the box next to it.
