Hello Mike,
The PdfProcessing library is independent of any UI and is intended only for processing documents - it cannot show them. We have logged a request to implement a PDF viewer for our Kendo suite and you can vote for the implementation as well as subscribe to track its status using the public item on our feedback portal: Built in PDF Viewer control for Both Kendo UI and Kendo UI Mobile. I am afraid that I cannot suggest an alternative solution using the currently available components.
