The procedure for deleting a Telerik account is still the same as the one posted originally in this thread. All users that wan't their accounts and data were removed from the Telerik entities must post an explict deletion requiest while using the public form:

You can submit your request through the link available in the Privacy portal, which you can access through Fiddler Everywhere by going to Settings > Privacy > Privacy Center.
