Computer Shutdown Immediately when opening Fiddler Classic

i don't know why my computer shut down immediately when running Fiddler Classic, i opened the Fiddler and it opened but few seconds later my computer just Shutdown, pls anyone know what is this and how to fix it thank you

The Fiddler tools (including Fiddler Classic and Fiddler Everywhere) are not having any mechanism or functionalities that could explicitly cause the operating system to shut down. It sounds like you are hitting a critical system error that is probably related to a third-party issue, so the best approach would be to check your OS logs.
