In my MVC project, we used custom-server-side code to export grid data to Excel by utilizing Telerik.Document.SpreadsheedStreaming library. I explore Processing Document and didn’t find any interface related adding filter and frozen row to the sheet. Do I have the way to do the job? Any suggestion will be truly appreciated!

The mentioned features are currently not supported in SpreadStreamProcessing and we have logged tasks to add them to the library. You can cast your vote for the implementation tasks to increase their priority and subscribe to track their status using the related public items:

I am not sure how it would fit your needs but would like to mention that you can use SpreadProcessing to apply filters in a worksheet.
