CoverFlow for Silverlight

Overview

RadCoverFlow turns navigation through a media collection into a dazzling visual experience. You are free to configure the items’ reflection and camera position as well as to customize the navigation template. You need real 3D rotation – no problem, RadCoverFlow uses real 3D transitions to navigate through the items. Let your end users enjoy browsing through their images or videos.

• Item Source

  Setting the source of the coverflow items is as easy as setting a single property. You can also simply define the source of the items inline in the XAML declaration of the control.

• Databinding

  With Telerik Silverlight CoverFlow you can bind in a Master-Details scenario. Furthermore, you can dynamically load large amounts of items using virtualization and lazy loading.

• Configure the Items' Reflection

  The height and opacity of the items’ reflection can be easily configured with the Telerik Silverlight CoverFlow control. By changing two properties you can make the reflection higher and the opacity more transparent or vice versa. This can help you build richer UI with the RadCoverFlow items.

• Configure the Camera Position

  You can easily set the “Y” position of the camera by changing a single property. This will change the perspective, from which the items are being seen. This approach can help you build more 3D like interfaces.

• Customizable Navigation Template

  You can change how the navigation of the coverflow looks like. You can change the silder, the “previous” and “next” buttons or completely hide the navigation and let the users navigate only via mouse and keys. Thus, you can fit the coverflow control to your very specific LOB application’s design.

Telerik WebUI Test Studio is an advanced click and play web application testing tool specialized for automating both AJAX and Silverlight applications.
