    can the skin be defined in the app.config for a winforms application like we can do for web apps?

    Hello Andrew,

    It is not possible to change the application theme by using the app.config file. However, RadControls for WinForms allow deeper theme customization by setting a different theme for every control. All ways to set a theme are discussed in our online documentation.
