Telerik's Premium Collection for .NET helps me everyday to make beautiful and user friendly web sites or applications for my customers with ease.
It's always a pleasure to simply drag and drop a grid, choose a skin and connect it to a datasource, and then see this grid in my applications, without the necessary hours of coding to obtain the same component without Telerik.

I tried several different control suites before settling on Telerik's Premium Collection for .NET. Besides an amazing set of control suites and productivity tools, the biggest selling point for me is the superior level of support. Very active participation in the forums and the level of support given even as a trial user convinced me that Telerik was the way to go. Even if it's a problem they can't help me solve right away, their commitment to a resolution never fails.

I think that you have done a great work about popularization of .NET technologies in the world. Simple coding and finished solutions are the royal card of your products.
Using your software anybody can spend less time for programming. As we now - time is money :)

I have not even used all the features that come with your product, because there is so much in the package.

I've used the Telerik JustDecompile tool and it is fantastic. I was able to retrieve all the source code from a website my client had no longer access to . I recommend this product to any developer that needs to decompile and retrieve source code.

I have used RAD controls for ASP.NET AJAX for evaluation purpose. The controls are easy to use, give flexibility for customization and gives good look and feel to the UI. I was initially disappointed that Telerik weren't providing direct support for Microsoft's new Lightswitch product. However, I quickly learned that their excellent suite of controls for Silverlight can be used with Lightswitch!
The difference these controls have made is outstanding. Our Lightswitch applications are not only developed very quickly, as we can provide advanced functionality with little extra effort using the Telerik controls, but we were also able to include some features that we would otherwise have had to forgo due to lack of time.
Telerik's support team did a great job of helping us integrate the controls into Lightswitch, and showed us some really innovative ideas that expanded our horizons with the product.

We chose Telerik for multiple reasons.
Telerik offers an extensive set of GUI controls which are light-weight, easy to use as well as customize - both from GUI and behavior perspective, and most importantly, work across all major browsers and versions with keyboard access support. And Telerik didn't let us down with our choice in any aspect.
Telerik team has shown extreme creativity to add controls over the years to its block, as well as improvise on the existing set with increasing standard compliances and feature additions.
Moreover, Telerik support team is very pro-active and helpful, which is really a key factor towards building and maintaining trust while using any product.

It is now 5 years since I have subscribed to and started using Telerik controls for ASP.NET and sometimes for Windows Forms, I just started to also use the controls for Silverlight and JustCode.
Especially JustCode helps me very much to speed up the coding and navigating within it.
I'm really happy with the operation and the reliability of all Telerik products, and above all I am very happy with the technical support.
Normally I can find the solution to the problem in the forum or in the technical documentation. Only a few times I had to write to support to solve the problem.

I am new to Telerik and have been using their products for only a few months. I have come to find the resources and the documentation to be very helpful. The strong support that is offered has been a blessing.

After trying various other component products, decided that Telerik's WinForms controls offered the most feature rich and easy to use experience of the lot. The RadGridView for example is extremely versatile and their object implementation is generally very easy to traverse with everything logically located.
The best part, though, is the extensive support, with open forums, with many answered questions, often where Telerik will provide a sample project with the solution in it, or extremely relevant code snippets that seriously cut down development time.
Finally, their API is generally very well documented and they appear to have a very aggressive bug fixing / release schedule that provides a lot of comfort to those of us who like to explore the edges of possibilities of their controls!

Telerik in our opinion is a good product for several reasons:

The Telerik Premium Collection was key to decrease the development time of our software, using the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX, the Extensions for ASP.NET MVC and the RadControls for WPF. With the RADControls for WPF, we are able to generate a great visual calendar for our scheduler, using the Scheduling tool. Also, using the GridView control, we can filter out specific data within a few seconds and find any problems in our schedules.

In the last year, after demoing the Telerik suite, I made the decision to switch from a competing vendor to Telerik. The change affected our productivity immediately! We spent 75% less time troubleshooting features/bugs of the controls as Telerik components are almost completely bug-free as compared to the former vendor. The intuitiveness of the controls, the ease of use of the API references and examples, and all the forums make these controls serve their purpose. That purpose for us is to reduce time required to develop and test advanced, efficient controls to perform tasks like binding grids, uploading files, managing data entry for clinical applications and navigating our sites. The Ajax capabilities and inclusion of jQuery makes the client-side of these controls complete. I've found very few situations where I haven't had all the client/server side capabilities I would expect from each control to ensure efficiency and advanced capabilities.

We are only in trial mode with Sitefinity and I am extremely impressed with the type of customer service that we have received so far. On the eve of a major demo, we encountered some issues with the product and within minutes we had several people from Telerik on the phone. They used web conference and stayed with us until the problem was resolved. The most amazing part was how well they synchronized the delivery of support even though the people who were assisting us on the conference where world apart. They kept their promise by sending us the appropriate hot fix and the demo was a huge success. Way to go team and we thank all of you!

After working with Telerik .Net tools for a few months, I have found the Telerik products to be a huge help for my projects. I was able to give my clients the right look and feel without the hours of coding. The trial download options are very good and I could see exactly what I was buying.

We used Telerik's Silverlight controls to migrate an existing desktop application to Web. The system is designed for easy dealing with logistics and promotions. I had very little time to show some steps completed. I needed fast and easy development and Telerik controls are the best I've ever used. They are easy to understand, Telerik offer great support and are always releasing new updates.
It took me half of the time to develop the project with the Telerik controls, than it would have taken with the standard controls. For example: I used the GridView, because of the auto filters and easy customization (groups, freeze columns, export); the TabControl, as it is perfect for organizing the screen; the DataForm was very important for finalizing my project in timeout; MaskedInputTextBox is very easy to use and has plenty of templates; Menu, Window and RibbonView - all offer very easy configuration; etc. The wealth of the Telerik components has helped us to migrate from WindowsForms to Web without affecting users.

I have been using Telerik's ASP.NET AJAX controls for a very long time for my lot of R&Ds. My company management is very impressed with Telerik, due to several reasons: 1. Presentation of components;
2. Decreasing development time, but with exact outcome;
3. Lots of examples, very responsive forum and great support.
I personally like Telerik very much because I always like to do tweeks during my development, and Telerik wondefully pushed me up to think more of setting a tweak-base.
I'd love to see Telerik introducing more Sharepoint and Azure related stuff to continue rocking.

The Telerik ASP.NET AJAX controls are a great set of controls. They are well designed and extensible. It seems they have either covered 90% of any requirements you can think of, providing examples. For that other 10% of custom uses, they have provided methods and procedures to allow you to use the controls in the exact way that you require. You can basically use them as you would expect and in any application scenario you think you might be able to.

We are currently using the Telerik 2009 suite of controls with OpenAccess ORM. I just have to say how wonderful these tools are, passing objects is SO MUCH BETTER than creating datasets. Our database has no stored procedures or triggers. The Telerik suite of tools is the only set of tools we will ever need. I can't wait to see what Telerik comes up with next.

I have used the ASP.NET controls of a third party for almost two years, and when I switched to the Telerik controls I just fell in love. They almost have the same features and similar learning curve. However, I enjoy working with Telerik's RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX more, because it is easier to deploy your application to production, the Skins and Themes are easier to use and deploy, and also the TFS integration with Team Pulse is amazing.

Having seen a gap in the app market for an attractive advent calendar application that utilized the live tiles on Windows Phone, we set about developing such an application. We wanted it to be quite a slick product with smooth animations and transitions as well as some great artwork. We chose to use RadControls for Windows Phone after seeing the number of varied controls and animations it offered, as well as the ease that they could be implemented in our project. We used the RadAnimation control the most in YuleTile to add some really nice fluid transitions that could be easily implemented and that did not impact on performance. Using Telerik RadControls for Windows Phone was easy, quick and returned fantastic results. From the perspective of a small student start-up with an extremely small budget RadControls represented excellent value for money and we will undoubtedly use it in most if not all of our future projects.

With Telerik OpenAccess ORM only to update database from models instead of EF (including version 5.0), I spend only 10% of the time and it does not matter if i´m using "database first", "model first" or the new inventions.

Telerik's ASP.NET controls helped us build a very neat and consistent UI for projects we did for our clients, though its possible to use a lot of different controls available from different vendors/jquery UI/other open source items, it made sense that we use only one control set which provides mostly everything thats needed to build a web application. We saved quite a bit in terms of time needed to learn a lot of different things and concentrate in mastering one common library.

Telerik's excellent documentation and intuitive object models substantially flatten the learning curve.
