  I installed IE 8 Beta.  Telerik Menus aren't working at all in IE 8.  Are you all working on a version of controls for IE 8 that will also still work in IE 7?

  Yes, we've already tested all of the controls under IE8 standards mode and we are aware of most of the problems. Unfortunately, as it is explicitly stated on our Browser Support page we do not officially support browsers in beta stage. I'm afraid, at this stage we could not be of much help on the matter.

  Although this doesn't answer your question, the Telerik menu does work with both IE7 and the IE8 beta (at least for me on the website I maintain) if you include the following meta tag:
  
  

  <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=7" />

  
  For some reason, that only works for me when it is the first meta tag.  Not sure why.  I hope that helps!

  It worked!  And it did have to be the first line.  Not sure why either.

  According to this Microsoft document, http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc288325(VS.85).aspx, on defining document compatibility for Internet Explorer 8, "... The X-UA-compatible header is not case sensitive; however, it must appear in the Web page's header...before all other elements, except for the title element and other meta elements."
