We were expecting TechEd in Atlanta will be a blast, and Day 1 proves it. The new shiny Telerik booth was overwhelmed by hundreds of developers who wanted to talk to us (thank you for stopping by booth #409!), and check what Telerik has in the store for them this year.
We officially unveiled two new products during TechEd (see interview of Todd Anglin by Michael Desmond in Visual Studio Magazine here):
Stop by the Telerik booth for a quick demo of the new products, or just download them from your accounts.
The new Telerik t-shirts we are giving away this year are the key for winning some nice prizes at TechEd:
Many people stopped by to pick up their t-shirt and enter the drawing, so if you are at TechEd, stop by the booth to get one, and play the team game. You can find photos of some of the participants in the Telerik Facebook profile. And here is a quick video about the game details (open video in new window):
We feel loved! RadControls for Silverlight is the winner of the annual Code Project Readers Choice Awards 2011! Thank you, all readers of Code Project for voting for the Telerik Silverlight controls!
We also have a finalist in the Best of TechEd 2011 Awards by SQL Server magazine, Database Management Tools category, in the face of Telerik OpenAccess ORM. We will be demoing the tool, together with the new ORM Profiler (to be officially released in Q2) to the Best of TechEd judges on Tuesday, so keep your fingers crossed that we win this one as well.
And a quick recap of the day, shot in front of the new Telerik booth (open video in new window):
