I installed the full (paid) version in a system in which the trial had been installed. During installation, I got a message telling that an old version was installed, I choose to upgrade. Installation finished without errors or warnings.

However, each time I start TestStudio I get a screen:
     "Activating your TRIAL",
asking for my account and user. I fill these fields, and I get "Invalid username and/or password". Both are right, (I am logged in with those just now). If I press the "Manual" button, I get another error
"An unexpected error occured in Test Studio. The error has been reported to the Telerik Team, Do you want to save your work"?

    W7 professional 64 bit, VS2010

    Help please!

    Hi Oscar,

I am glad we were able to resolve your problem quickly. Just to document what we did... I deleted the trial license files that were on your computer. This allowed the Manual activation to work as expected. Automatic activation did not work as it would report "invalid credentials" when you tried to enter valid credentials. I have alerted my QA people to re-test this on Spanish Windows 7 to try and isolate what is causing this problem.

You can reach us here if you have any further problems. You may also submit priority support tickets now as well since you are a paid customer.

    Best wishes,
