DropDownButton Problem

Hi, I had version Q2 2011 WinForms VISUAL Style Builder, and change to the NEW VERSION OF Q3 2011, but there were some problems with DropDownButton because I can not change the properties of the button or save the changes. This problem only happens with this element (DropDownButton). How can I solve the problem?

I was not able to observe the described issue. I prepared a small video demonstrating how to customize RadDropDownButton style by using the Visual Style Builder tool. Could you please confirm that the described pattern works on your side?

Hi Jack thanks for your help, but my problem is not knowing editcomponent "DropDownButton", the problem is not able to edit the component with an existing file from a previous version ( Q2 2010 ), youunderstand?I open the component with the new version ( Q3 2011 )  and it is impossible to edit the file from the previous version ( Q2 2010 ) you understand my question?

Thank you for this clarification.

Now I think I understand the issue. Our latest release of Visual Style Builder is not compatible with some of the old versions. Could you please open a support ticket and send us your theme file? We will look into it and we will assist you converting it to the latest version of our Visual Style Builder tool. Please, do not forget to specify the version for which the theme was created. Thank you for your understanding.
