Your Reporting product do not support the thermal printer?

I want to print my data in my thermal printer.
However, I dont know how can i set up the roll paper. (Every paper type needs a high but i don't need it)
I want to print just one paper looks like receipt paper.
Please let me know it.

Hi Dongki,

Telerik Reporting prints in a page oriented format and it is not possible to make any adjustment for variable page height. Can you point us to a reporting product that support this functionality so that we can better grasp the functionality you're after?

Hello,

Printing on a continues-roll paper is not supported. Reports have fixed size per page set through the report's PageSettings properties. For more details check Printing a receipt forum thread.

That's very bad design. I only need print a long page for customer(display the product lists).
After so many years why still not add the feature? I think that's a basic feature.

For example: The ActiveReports can print any kind of reporter.(Page Reports ,   RDL Reports,  Section Reports)

I think at least you need to add what we need. It's so basic.....

That's really bad dream.... a simple and basic feature you just ignore like that.  Maybe the "Dongki" already using other product such like ActiveReports now. because your guys just so lazy and arrogant!!!

I apologize if I have sounded rude in any of my post.

The paging in reports is considered with the set PageSettings. Thus each page will have the same size, which is the common case for report documents. As a result a roll-paper will not be cut right after the content is printed. Having paging considered with a roll-paper is not a trivial task and would require rework of the existing paging mechanism or/and new renderer dedicated for the task.

Rest assured that if there is a demand for the feature based on our community votes, it will be taken with higher priority and considered for implementation.

I just really can't understand that 2 year you guys just ignore this feature waiting user add request.(I think you guys need add some request too, some times maybe for customer, some times for your own product more better).

Hi,

As of Telerik Reporting R3 2016 printing on continuous paper is supported. There is a PageSettings.ContinousPaper property allowing you to print without paging the document.

For more details, please check PageSettings Properties.

Hi arkan,

Printing on continuous paper is supported as of R3 2016 release - check version release notes. It is not supported in older versions.

You can still download the latest trial version and check out the feature.
