Hello Antonio,
Generally, the Sapphire theme is developed just for the purposes of the example. However, we will consider creating Sapphire themes for the rest of the RadControls for WinForms in one of our next releases.
I am glad to inform you that in Q1 2010 we will introduce a brand new Visual Style Builder that will allow you to create new themes in a few clicks. For additional information, please refer to the following blog post: Expression Blend for WinForms? We are almost there!
